1. all services provided by Deluxe Waxing (Ambika Korup), M\u00fcnzgasse 4, 78462 Konstanz, hereinafter referred to as DW, are only carried out on the basis of the current price list and terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

1 DW’s prices are subject to change, unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 3 Scope of services<\/h3>\n

1 DW’s services are provided exclusively to support the customer in a project.\nDW assumes no responsibility for a specific result in connection with the provision of the services. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u00a7 4 Appointment allocation, treatments<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

1. all legally competent persons aged 18 and over can be treated at their own request and by appointment.\nFor persons aged 16 to 18, the consent of their legal representatives is required.\nPersons under the age of 16 will not be treated. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2. if the customer requests a special treatment appointment, we will try to accommodate this request.\nHowever, due to the large number of appointment requests, this is not always feasible.\nThe customer should be present 5 minutes before their appointment.\nWe cannot guarantee immediate treatment if you are late. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

3 DW tries to meet the agreed deadlines punctually.\nHowever, should delays occur in exceptional cases, we apologize for this in all forms. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

4 The duration and scope of treatment depend on prior individual consultation and the skin condition.\nWe give treatment recommendations, the decision on the type of treatment is made by the customer. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

5. if an appointment cannot be kept by us for reasons for which we are not responsible or due to force majeure, the customer will be informed immediately, provided that the contact details provided enable prompt contact.\nIn this case, we are entitled to postpone the date at short notice or withdraw from the contract.\nOur statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u00a7 5 General obligation of the customer to cooperate<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

1. the customer must ensure that all necessary cooperation and information is provided.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2. if the customer does not fulfill a required obligation to cooperate, or does not do so on time or to the required extent, the consequences arising from this shall be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

3. our studio expressly distances itself from any erotic or sexual services.\nIf this is not accepted by the customer, DW reserves the right to cancel the treatment.\nThe costs of the canceled treatment are to be borne by the customer. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u00a7 6 Prices and terms of payment<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

1. unless otherwise agreed in individual cases, our current prices at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply.\nAs a rule, cash payment is agreed. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2 The agreed prices are due upon completion of the treatment.\nIn justified cases, appointments can only be accepted after corresponding advance payment. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

3. if the workload is significantly higher than the estimates in the offer due to the Customer’s failure to properly cooperate, DW shall be entitled to increase the remuneration appropriately.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

4. should defects become apparent in the services provided by DW for which DW is responsible, DW is entitled to rectify these defects at its own expense.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

5. for orders of vouchers via our website that are to be sent by post, the corresponding amount plus a flat-rate shipping fee must be transferred in advance.\nThe vouchers will only be sent after receipt of payment. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u00a7 7 Warranty<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

1. products are used during the treatment to suit the needs of the skin in question.\nHowever, no guarantee can be given regarding compatibility and success.\nThis applies in particular if questions in the preliminary consultation have not been answered adequately or truthfully by the customer. <\/p>\n

2. the customer must notify us of treatment defects within 2 calendar days of the treatment.\nOtherwise, warranty claims are excluded. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

3. notifications of defects by the customer must be made in writing to be effective.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

4 Otherwise, the customer’s warranty claims shall be governed by the statutory provisions.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u00a7 8 Confidentiality<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

1. the customer and DW as well as their employees and any third parties commissioned are obliged to treat all information confidentially and to maintain data protection secrecy.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u00a7 9 Prohibition of photography<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

1. it is not permitted to take photographs on the premises of DW without the written consent of the management.\nIn the event of violations, claims for injunctive relief, removal and, if applicable, damages may be asserted.\nclaims for damages may be asserted. <\/p>\n
